About Eatin' Farms
Our Story
Eatin' Farms started with our first tiny garden in 1994 to teach our children about their agricultural roots in this country going back to the 1700s. We went through many renditions and experimented with various natural organic gardening and farming techniques. We built on the knowledge of many as we diversified with crops, livestock (chickens, rabbits, goats, pigs. and cattle), various trees, composting, and vermicomposting. Our journey evolved into our Farming Practices.

Eatin' Farms is committed to sustainable and responsible organic farming practices. We begin with working naturally to restore the soil by utilizing natural fertilizers and pest control methods to ensure that our crops are healthy and free from harmful chemicals. These practices have led us to be a leader in the Urban Food Forest movement. Our mission is to restore the earth one field at a time to provide our customers with the highest quality products.
Our Community
At Eatin' Farms, we're proud to be a part of the local community. We work closely with other farmers and producers to promote sound local agriculture and support small businesses. We offer educational tours and workshops to teach people about the importance of farming and sustainable agriculture. We also donate a portion of our profits to local charities and organizations that support our community.
